Dora
Dora was a lone rat, bought as a pet for a two-year-old, who quickly lost interest. A relative asked if I would 'take her on.' She was born around 24th April 2011, and is a roan - very similar in markings to Ermine! Unfortunately, not being used to being handled and was both human and rat-aggressive.
I had her spayed by Bradley. The same day she was climbing as if nothing had happened - acting as if she had ADHD - and developed quite a large haematoma, which didn't distress her and resorbed spontaneously. She was introduced to 'the white boys' and has fitted in well. Although not an affectionate rat, she tolerates a little fuss.
